Ardh Al- Merjan works all over Iraq
“Free Trade “/ Baghdad
There are many works that have spread across many countries, enjoyed
wide circulation and, because of their impor tance
and direct effect on people, companies of experience and
specialization were established in this field of which treatment of
pollution is one of these themes that gained no significance in Iraq
due to the abnormal circumstances that Iraq experienced, due to the
economic openness and the holding conference and exhibitions, such
kind of services were started.
Mr. Abdurrahman Alwan is the Managing Director of Ardh Al-Merjan
“corals land” Company for Trading and Contracting whose Headquarters
is in Baghdad with two branches ( Erbil and Duhok). Mr. Alwan is
ambitious to expand his company’s works all over Iraq such was the
Company’s motto “Ardh Al- Merjan works all over Iraq.” The Company
has wide and varied activities in constructing, develop and special
commercial contracts.
“Holding conferences is something essential for the economic
activity to flourish and for direct impact of finding jobs for the
unemployed with consequent stabilization of the security situation.
This initiative, undertaken by the Iraqi American Chamber of
Commerce at holding Rebuilding Iraq Conference at the Al-Zawra Hall
of Al-Rasheed Hotel on 24 – 25 July, is not the first one because
we, who hold the distinguished Golden Membership of the Chamber,
received many services that helped us to continue our economic
activities.” Said Mr.Alwan. Finally, referring to his company’s
performance he said,
“We built stores for the medical wastes and incinerators with
international specifications for the Ministry of Health employing
many jobless people. Therefore we largely contributed towards
limiting unemployment especially at the hot spots ( e.g. Abu-
Ghuraib, Al- Adl, Adhamiyah ) moreover we have future projects for
building hospitals in Kirkuk, noting that our Company has wide
experience in such projects. Our goal is working faithfully and
keenly for the service of Iraq.

IACCI, a pioneer in organizing and holding economic conferences and

about 5 billion dollars for this program. Some officials of the U.S.
